Night Shift Leader - Recycling & MRF

Enva is seeking a proactive Night Shift Supervisor to lead our overnight operations at the Colwick site. You will supervise a team of operatives, ensure safe and efficient processing of recyclables, and maintain high standards of productivity, quality and regulatory compliance throughout the night.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong people management, excellent problem solving and a commitment to safety.
