Night Shift Chef: Lead Kitchen, Menu Innovation & Service

Compass Group UK&I, on behalf of Eurest, is recruiting a Chef for a full time, 35 hour week role with night shifts across the week. You will prepare and serve high quality food, supervise kitchen operations, and contribute to menu development while upholding strict hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, has experience leading a team, and possesses a Food Hygiene certificate. A flexible approach to working shifts is essential.
