Job Description
Leonard Cheshire in Sevenoaks is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Team Leader for Chipstead Lake. This full time role (36 hrs) covers night shifts with a rota across weekdays and weekends, leading a compassionate care team to deliver person centred support to adults with disabilities.
Typical shifts are 8pm-8am. We offer 28 days' holiday (plus bank holidays), access to pay before payday, a blue light card, pension, health plan, DBS check, and strong career development opportunities.
