Night Services Lead: Supportive Overnight Care & Growth

Jimmy's Cambridge is seeking a Night Services Coordinator to lead the overnight service and support some of Cambridge's most vulnerable people in a calm, safe environment. You'll work with a team of waking night staff, delivering compassionate care while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

You'll receive regular supervision and learning opportunities, with TRiM support and Employee Assistance Programme, ensuring you're supported to do your best work.
