Night Service Facilities Team Leader

The role - What I'll be doing

The Night Facilities Service Team Leader will provide supervision to the Night Service Facilities Officers and support the Night Service Manager to deliver a professional, high quality service including security, CCTV, door entry, mobile patrols, anti social behaviour and emergency response, lone working monitoring, business continuity response, emergency janitorial and Salix Homes' emergency call centre.

You will be working a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern starting at 6pm till 6am, as part of a team delivering a front line service to meet customer demand at first point of contact.

What we're looking for

This role would suit a self motivated leader with strong communication skills who thrives on a varied workload in a busy customer focused environment. This role requires someone who can assume direction and support for a small team, providing a comprehensive service to a diverse range of customers.

• Self motivated leader
• Experience in supervising a team
• Experience in customer service
• Full valid driving licence
• SIA CCTV licence - desirable but not essential
