Night Senior Care Lead for Dementia

HC-One is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants in our night-shift-focused, full-time role in Castleford. You will deliver personalised care, support residents and families, and work closely with Registered Nurses to ensure safety and dignity at all times.

You will maintain accurate records, assist with medication, and help create stimulating activities that support residents' physical and mental wellbeing.
