About this Position

This is a part time opportunity working 16 hours a week, with weekend shifts required. As a Night Room Service Assistant, you will serve food and/or beverages to guests, ensuring outstanding service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input them into the point of sale system.
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
  • Serve alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
  • Keep the serving station well stocked at all times.
