Night Residential Concierge & Community Manager

Savills is seeking an on-site Lettings and Property Services Coordinator for a Build-to-Rent development in Birmingham. You will deliver frontline customer service to residents, manage front desk operations and coordinate contractor visits, ensuring safety and compliance.

Working hours are 4 days on, 4 days off, 7pm to 7am; salary is £30,000 with a discretionary 10% bonus, with the aim of creating a welcoming, well-run community for residents.
