Job Description

The Zurich hotel has been rebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich and is managed by Cycas Hospitality, the white label hotel operator in Europe.

The hotel offers 343 appartments and 104 hotel rooms, which is a great mix for long business stays or short city trips to the city of Zurich. The location of the hotel is in between the city centre (15 minutes) and Zurich international airport (10 Minutes). Our guests are able to enjoy the fitness area, Italian restaurant LUIGIA, the inner courtyard, two bars and a rooftop terrace.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
  • The main Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
  • Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
  • Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
  • Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
  • Organizing all end of date tasks to be able to run the night audit.
