Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly hello and an infectious smile
• Ensure seamless guest check in/out procedures
• Provide accurate information about the local area and hotel facilities and services
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Create a brilliant customer service environment, promoting guest loyalty
• Ensure the building is safe and secure overnight
• Attend to guests' requirements and provide a personal experience

Qualifications

• Deliver excellent standards and accuracy
• Use initiative and self aware evaluation of one's own work
• Have a customer service attitude
• Ability to multi task and organise a variable workload
• Provide excellent attention to detail
• Genuine desire to provide a warmer welcome to guests
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
