Night Receptionist

Mollie's is looking for hardworking, enthusiastic night receptionists to join our team and build a successful career with an inventive, high growth brand at the forefront of the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming customer service, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
• Deliver the Mollie's brand room standards, guest policies and operational procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with the Reception Manager and housekeeping department.
• Maintain high standards of service and detail in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year experience as a hotel receptionist or a similar customer facing role.
• Personable, well organised, passionate and eager to learn and build a career in hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be over 18 years old.

• Pay Rate £13.27 to £13.47 per hour
