Responsibilities

You'll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquiries/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Courteous and pleasant attitude
• Conflict resolution experience

About the Hotel

The Park Royal Hotel & Spa is located just outside Warrington. Our hotel is a 4 , 146 bedroom property and has a restaurant, lounge bar and terrace, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, cardio & weights room, pool, sauna, steam room, 3 tennis courts and a relaxing Elemis spa.
