Responsibilities

• Provide reception services for guests, contributing to an overall exceptional experience from check in through check out and completing audits as required.
• Join the Night Front Office team.
• Create memorable experiences for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and demonstrating exceptional customer service, with strong knowledge of room categories and hotel facilities.
• Be friendly, positive, passionate and eager to be part of a professional team.
