Job Description
The Grand Hotel Birmingham is seeking a Night Porter / Night Receptionist to support overnight guest experiences. You'll welcome guests, handle late arrivals, and assist with requests while ensuring a safe, secure environment.
Shifts run 8.00pm-6.30am or 10.00pm-8.00am, four nights per week, with weekday and weekend coverage. Benefits include service charge, staff discounts, meals on duty, and access to wellbeing and employee advantages.
