This role involves machine minding, quality control, and assembly work within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently during night hours.

Night Shift Production Operative - Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring machinery to ensure smooth production processes
• Carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance of equipment
• Performing quality control inspections to ensure products meet required standards
• Assembling components accurately and efficiently
• Identifying and reporting faults, defects, or production issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations
• Meeting production targets and deadlines

Night Shift Production Operative - Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices
