Night Porter

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proficient Night Porter to join our esteemed Bar team. As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the Bar, supporting the Bar team in delivering a seamless beverage and dining experience. If you have a strong work ethic, are committed to cleanliness, and are eager to contribute to the success of a high-end restaurant, we invite you to be a key player in the Bars at our amazing restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cleanliness of all Bar equipment, utensils, and glasses.
• Assist in the general cleaning of Bar surfaces and floors.
• Collect and remove Bar waste and recycling.
• Support the Bar team with basic preparation and refilling tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Night Porter or in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
