Night Porter

As a Night Porter, you will

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
• Be the first point of contact for late arrival check ins and walk ins
• You'll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
• In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
