Night Porter - Part Time (16 Hours)

We are looking for a Night Porter to support the smooth running and objectives of the Front Office Department. The Night Porter will act as an ambassador for the hotel and help to create memorable moments for guests, supporting the Head of Department and keeping operations running like clockwork.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and guests.
• Carry out regular fire walks each night.
• Deliver excellent guest care at all times, including interacting with guests at welcome and departure.
• Assist with room service orders by preparing kitchen items.
• Set out ambient breakfast items in the morning and ensure presentation is high quality.
