Night Operations Leader: Stock, Safety & Team Growth

Morrisons is seeking a Night Manager to lead our night shift, ensuring the store is stocked, spotless and ready for trade each morning. You'll report to the Store Manager and empower colleagues to work safely and efficiently through the night.

You'll manage scheduling, attendance and resource planning, train and coach the team, and collaborate with other store managers to meet targets and maintain high standards. This role values caring leadership and hands-on oversight.
