Night Operations Leader - Guest Experience & Safety

Hampton by Hilton London City, part of Dominus, is seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee overnight operations, protect guest safety, and maintain service excellence in a fast-paced city hotel.

As senior on duty, you will coach the Night Team, handle guest enquiries and VIP arrivals, ensure accurate night audits and reporting, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B to maximise overnight revenue and guest satisfaction.
