Night Operations Lead: Stock, Safety & Team Growth

Morrisons is seeking a Night Manager in Chesterfield to lead, empower, and support our night shift colleagues. You will report to the Store Manager and ensure the store runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently through the night, with a proactive approach to keep stock levels high and ready for the morning trade.

You will manage scheduling, attendance, and resource planning, while coaching and developing the team to meet targets and deliver excellent customer service.
