Night mixer operator

Position: Packaging

Location: Bedford

Time: Sunday from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and Monday to Thursday from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Salary: $23.15 / hour + $1.75 night bonus

Start: As soon as possible

Reporting to the foreman of the packaging department, the main function of the mixer operator is to operate the mixer using a touch screen. The position holder ensures that the correct order is produced.

YOUR DAILY ROLE:

• Use a touch screen to operate the different steps.
• Transfer boxes of vegetables on two production lines into tanks according to orders, i.e. from 1 to 5 tanks.
• Lower the product from the box (Tôte), scrape into the tanks using a scraper to loosen the edges of the tanks so that the vegetables do not stick.
• Be sure to keep tanks full.
• Respect safety rules.

YOUR PROFILE:

• No experience required
• Be able to work standing
• Be able to work with a low margin of error
• Secondary 5 completed (asset)
