Night Manager - 4 Grand Hotel, Malahide

We are looking for an experienced full-time Night Manager to join our busy Nights Department. The ideal candidates should have previous experience managing a team in a 3 or 4 Hotel property. Opera experience is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

• Reception - late check ins and early check outs
• Completion of the night audit using Opera and Alkimii
• Overall management of the Night Team
• Lobby service as required
• Guest service as required
• Setting-up meeting and function rooms for the day ahead
• Provision of a high level of customer service at all times
• Cleaning duties and delegation of same within the team
