Lead the night team and ensure every guest enjoys a safe, seamless, and exceptional experience throughout the night at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre.

We're a busy 4-star hotel in the heart of Manchester, just minutes from Piccadilly Station, and we're looking for a Night Manager to oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering outstanding guest service.

What You'll Do Night Leadership & Guest Experience

• Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift
• Lead, support, and guide the night reception team
• Ensure all guests receive a warm, professional, and efficient service
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and escalations in a calm and effective manner

Operations & Safety

• Take full responsibility for hotel safety, security, and compliance overnight
• Monitor the building and ensure all areas remain secure
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, following correct procedures
• Liaise with security, maintenance, and external services when required

Night Audit & Reporting

• Complete and review night audit procedures accurately
• Check financial reports, room charges, and system updates
• Ensure all systems and records are fully updated for the day team handover

Handover & Communication

• Provide clear, detailed handovers to the Front Office and Management teams
• Highlight any issues, incidents, or VIP requirements
• Ensure continuity of service between night and day operations

What You'll Bring

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a small team
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• High attention to detail, especially with finance and reporting
