Night Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Night Manager at the 5 Star May Fair Hotel, a Radisson Collection Hotel. Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join the Front of House team at The May Fair as a Night Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of night operations, delivering a high level of service at all times.
• Ensure the FOH team follows all reception and night audit procedures as per company brand standards.
• Ensure that all accommodation postings are correct and that all backup procedures are implemented.
• Lead the night team to establish a highly motivated and winning team.
• Maintain night security and guest safety at all times during the night operation.

About You

• A proven track record of overseeing a busy reception at night or hotel duty management experience.
• Previous experience with IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
• Demonstrated excellent leadership skills, attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
