Key Responsibilities

As Night Manager, you'll oversee the hotel's operation throughout the night shift and ensure the highest standards of service and safety are maintained.

• Lead the night team and ensure duties are completed to a high standard
• Oversee overnight operations including front desk, security, housekeeping and maintenance
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
• Manage emergency situations and contact the appropriate authorities if required
• Complete nightly audits and prepare reports for senior management
• Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed
• Monitor overnight budgets and record expenses accurately
• Work with other departments to resolve any operational issues
• Provide guidance and training to the overnight team
• Maintain clear records of overnight activities and incidents

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
