There has never been a more exciting time to join our team, and we are delighted to be recruiting for a Night In Room Dining Assistant.

As part of our extensive Food & Beverage team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service throughout the night. Working from 11:00pm to 7:30am, you will provide our guests with a warm, seamless, and memorable In Room Dining experience. This role offers the opportunity to gain invaluable experience alongside highly skilled and passionate hospitality professionals, all within one of the world's leading luxury hotels.

Our Night In Room Dining Assistant will ensure the highest standards of presentation, accuracy, and guest care with every order. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing, delivering, and presenting food and beverage orders to guest rooms during night service
• Ensuring all orders meet our five star standards for quality, timeliness, and attention to detail
• Maintaining a quiet, polished, and discreet presence while working in guest corridors and rooms
• Managing stock, equipment, and setup for overnight service
• Supporting light polishing and preparation to ensure the department is ready for the morning team
• Responding to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Working collaboratively with the wider Night Operations team
