Night Front Office & Guest Experience Lead

Leonardo Hotels is seeking a Night Porter to support the Front Office in Sheffield and work with hotel teams to create memorable guest experiences. You will act as an ambassador for the hotel and uphold the company values while ensuring safety and smooth operations during night shifts.

The role involves security duties, regular fire walks, setting up breakfast items, assisting guests at check-in/out, and supporting kitchen staff with room-service orders.
