We're searching for a warm, welcoming, articulate Night Front Desk Agent to ensure smooth operation of the overnight and that every guest's experience is relaxing and effortless. If you are a night owl and love meeting new people, being of service, and helping to grow a great brand, we'd love to chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth operation of the overnight and guests' experience is relaxing and effortless.
  • Maintain guest information with integrity and discretion.
  • Respond to guest requests, process nightly guest service tasks and nightly reports.
  • Serve as calm, caring presence that allows guests to rest and wake to excellence.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in guest service or hospitality - ideal; familiarity with front desk or night audit duties is a plus.
  • Independent & Reliable: self sufficient, organized, maintains calm and accuracy throughout the night.
  • Detail Oriented: approaches every task with precision and care.
  • Multilingual: additional languages are a plus.
  • Guest Focused: warm, approachable, and professional, no matter the hour.
