Night Front Desk Agent - Warm Guest Experience

Imperial London Hotels Limited is seeking a warm and welcoming Night Receptionist to join our dedicated Front Office team. You will be responsible for managing room reservations, processing amendments and cancellations, and promoting our Guest Loyalty Programme.

We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in the hotel industry, a positive and caring attitude, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
