Night Duty Manager

Overview

Park Hyatt London River Thames is nestled along the River Thames and marks the brand's first hotel in the United Kingdom. The hotel features luxurious guestrooms, multiple dining options, a wellness floor, a ballroom and meeting spaces, and easy access to London's landmarks.

Duties and responsibilities

• Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service during the night shift.
• Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and assist with guest requests.
• Oversee night audits to ensure accurate recording of daily transactions and prepare reports.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, engineering) to ensure seamless night operations; act as the primary point of contact during nighttime operations.
• Oversee health and safety as well as security operations during the night, conducting regular patrols and inspections.

About you

• Previous experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
