Night Concierge & Facilities Attendant

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Night Porter in Newcastle upon Tyne to support guest services and hotel operations. You will assist with luggage, perform porterage duties and help maintain cleanliness across lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and meeting room areas.

As part of the role, you will ensure the front entrance remains clean, learn the hotel fire procedures, and assist with setting up meeting rooms as required. A strong customer service approach and teamwork will help you thrive.
