As a Night Chef, you will play a crucialrole in maintaining our high standards of culinary excellence during the nightshift. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment and enjoys the unique challenges of working outside normaloperating hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepareand cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our established recipes andstandards.
• Maintaina clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace.
• Ensureall food items are stored and handled properly to maintain freshness andprevent contamination.
• Collaboratewith other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during thenight shift.
• Adhere toall health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

What you Need

• Provenexperience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
• Exceptionalattention to detail and a passion for food.
• Strongorganisational and communication skills.
• Abilityto work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibilityto work night shifts and adapt to varying schedules.
