Night Care Team Leader: Lead & Elevate Resident Care

Abbeyfield Living Society is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to join the Night shifts at Speedwell Court in Southampton. The role supervises care on a shift, ensuring care plans are executed and residents' needs are prioritised.

Salary is £14.77-£15.24 per hour on a 42-hour week with a two-week rolling rota. You will lead, train and develop the team, administer medications where required and coordinate with the wider care network to maintain high standards of care.
