Night Care Team Leader - Residential Home

Shaw Healthcare (Group) Ltd. seeks a Residential Night Team Leader for Abbott House in Oundle to uphold high standards of person-centred care and support the night team in all duties.

The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, with experience in residential care for older people, including dementia. Shifts are from 20:00 to 08:00, 24 hours per week, at £15.30 per hour, in a purpose-built facility offering development opportunities.
