Night Care Team Leader - Lead with Compassion (36h)

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader for Nights to head the 36-hour week, 8:00pm-8:00am at our Chesterfield home. You will lead the night care team, coordinate shifts, and ensure high standards of care and medication safety.

You will mentor colleagues, uphold dignity and independence for residents, and maintain compliant practices under CQC standards. A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is preferred, with weekend rota expectations.
