Night Care Team Lead - Brand New Hull Home

St Marys Chanterlands Lodge in Hull is seeking a Team Leader to help shape the standard of care in a brand-new home. You will supervise a new team, support residents daily and contribute to building an environment where dignity and independence matter.

You'll lead and develop junior staff, coordinate care plans, liaise with GPs and families, and ensure compassionate, consistent care across shifts. NVQ Level 3 is preferred or you'll work toward it.
