Night Care Leader - Lead a Caring Team

Orders of St. John Care Trust is looking for a dedicated Night Care Leader to join our care team in Holmer Green, near High Wycombe. This role involves leading a small team to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents by maintaining high standards of care and support. You will be responsible for reviewing care plans and ensuring effective team management.
