Night Care Assistant for a gentleman P/T @ £12.71/hr in Yarm - Yarm - TS15 Night Carer - Yarm Area

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (1 - 2 days per week) Location: Yarm

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Night Carer to support a gentleman in Yarm. This role involves ensuring his safety and wellbeing overnight, assisting him if needed, and helping with his morning routine, including personal care such as showering and dressing.

• Someone empathetic yet confident in gently redirecting the client when necessary.
• A responsible individual who can use their initiative and make independent decisions.
• Positive energy and the ability to motivate and encourage engagement in routines and activities.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and a sensitive approach to care.

Desirable experience:

• Knowledge of dementia and Parkinson's care is an advantage but not essential.
