Night Care Assistant

Location: The Croft, The Penningtons, Chestnut Lane, Amersham, HP6 6EJ.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship, communication, and engagement for residents.
• Assisting with personal care - wash, bath, shower, dressing, oral care.
• Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
• Supporting residents with healthy meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Performing light domestic cleaning tasks.
• Supporting mobility to maximize independence.
• Facilitating social activities such as trips out and engagement within the home.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Minimum 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• Experience in care desirable but not essential.
• Shift patterns to be discussed at interview.
