Night Care Assistant - Females Only

Location

The Croft, The Penningtons, Chestnut Lane, Amersham, HP6 6EJ (Care Home - The Croft).

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
• Availability to work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends
• Experience in care is desirable but not essential
• Shift patterns to be discussed at interview
• Night shift work

Responsibilities

• Companionship - providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
• Personal care - support with wash bath or shower, dressing and oral care
• Medication - prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams
• Meals - supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
• Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks
• Mobility - supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility
• Social activities - trips out, social engagements and activities within the home
