Night Audit Lead - Guest Experience & Safety

Leonardo Hotel Derby is seeking a Night Supervisor to lead the night audit, balance end-of-day accounts, and supervise the night team. You will act as an ambassador for the Leonardo Hotels estate, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations through the night.

Strong Opera PMS experience and prior hotel experience are preferred, with responsibilities spanning desk duties, email and phone inquiries, and coordination with the Night Porter.
