Job Description

Looking after our guests in a professional manner at the front desk is extremely important at all times - from a warm welcome at check-in until their departure, your job will be to assist our early risers and night owls. Your duties will also include the following:

• Preparing daily closing balances
• Cash transactions and cashing up
• Processing booking requests
• Preparing for breakfast
• Bonus program: The better the guests rate their stay, the higher the bonus!

Qualifications

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers - you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

• Ideally experience within Reception or Nights teams in a busy Hotel is required
• Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
• Be open, communicative and confident and have a solid command of English
• Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments - we achieve our results together
