What you will do

• Visit patients in their own homes and provide tailored therapy to enhance their recovery and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and health management.

Requirements

• HCPC registration is a must to be eligible for this role.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a qualified physiotherapist in a community setting.
• A valid driver's licence is preferable, as the role involves visiting multiple locations.
