Job Description
West London NHS Trust is seeking a permanent Band 3 Team Administrator to join the Ealing Community Partners Referral Hub. Based in Southall, you will work with clinicians and administrators to manage referrals, patient data and appointments for urgent and routine pathways across multiple local services.
