Availability

• Must be available to work between 4pm - 1am and over 18 to adhere to legal working time regulations. Premium pay awarded between midnight - 6am.

Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will provide fast, friendly, accurate service, prepare food, manage the till, and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Complete tasks in line with training and management direction. Follow safety, security, and food hygiene procedures. Maintain courtesy and respect for all customers and colleagues.

Qualifications / Skills

Friendly, welcoming, and courteous. Effective communication skills including attentive listening, face to face verbal communication, and eye contact are required. Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is essential.
