Our client is a long-standing high-street firm seeking a full-time Wills & Probate Solicitor / Associate to join their dedicated team in Swansea. This is a permanent, full-time position offering flexible long-term hybrid working and a highly competitive salary.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on all aspects of wills and probate matters.
• Preparing various types of wills, including advising on inheritance tax planning and risks of death.
• Handling estate administration.
• Establishing and managing trusts.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with colleagues and clients.
• Minimum of 3+ years PQE.
• Confidence in working within a team environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ensuring timely progression of client work and regular communication regarding progress and costs.
