New Store Opening Assistant Manager: Lead & Launch

Wingstop UK is opening a brand-new store and seeks an Assistant Manager to launch from day one. You will work with the General Manager to recruit, train and empower a brand-new team, set up processes, and establish a high-energy, high-performing culture from the start.

You will own day-to-day operations, drive great food quality, fast service, and consistent standards, while coaching new starters and embedding ways of working in a fast-paced environment.
