Job Description
Rituals Cosmetics Warrington opens this October and is seeking a Store Manager who can deliver an exceptional customer experience, inspire the team, and drive top-line sales. You will work with the Area Manager to implement local business strategy and coach your team to reach targets.
You will define daily objectives to hit KPIs, develop monthly productivity plans, manage inventory and store administration, and focus on wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and celebrations of success.
