New Retail Store Display Manager(A238122)

Responsibilities:

• Display Solution Design: Design store display solutions for monthly, new product, and major promotion time nodes, and supervise the implementation to ensure a unified brand image;
• Display Plan Implementation. Develop and execute display plans to enhance product presentation, increase store traffic and conversion rates, and improve sales performance;
• Display Planning. Collaborate with the headquarters and regional/national marketing teams to plan and execute thematic displays for promotional activities;
• Plan Review: Monitor and analyze the actual implementation effects of display challenges, and propose suggestions for improvement and solutions;
• Empowerment and Efficiency Improvement: Train and guide district and store staff to ensure the implementation of display standards;
• Inspection and Spot Checks: Conduct monthly inspections and spot checks of store displays.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Communication, Design, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising and display design in the retail industry, with priority given to candidates with experience in 3C (Computer, Communication, and Consumer Electronics) products;
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), capable of independently completing display design work;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely with various departments;
• Possesses good project management capabilities, able to complete tasks to high standards under tight deadlines.
